The New Brunswick Career Development Association (NBCDA) has established the David W. Godfrey Bursary to support post-secondary students who demonstrate an interest in career development and attending the NBCDA “Making Connections” conference. The purpose of this bursary is to provide financial assistance to post-secondary students who are looking to enhance their learning through professional development opportunities.
Bursaries will be for one single full virtual conference registration to attend. Applications must be submitted online.
For 2021, there will be two bursaries available: one for an English post-secondary student and one for a French post-secondary student.
About David Godfrey
The bursary is given in recognition of David Godfrey, who passed away suddenly in June of 2021 at the age of 51. David was a long-time supporter of NBCDA and attendee at our conferences, and for years he delivered the annual labour market information presentation. David was well known all around the province and beyond for his keen economic insights. He will be greatly missed both professionally and personally.
