Criteria
The Career Development Practitioner Achievement Award is designed to recognize and reward an individual who has demonstrated commitment to one or more of the following elements. These elements need to be addressed in the nomination form.

Criteria
The Career Development Practitioner Achievement Award is designed to recognize and reward an individual who has demonstrated commitment to one or more of the following elements. These elements need to be addressed in the nomination form.
- The advancement of career development through research, theory, practice or leadership.
- Innovation and creativity in program development or service delivery.
- Role-modelling leadership and vision within the organization and/or career development community.
- Ongoing professional development and learning.
- Representing the optimal model of a caring person and professional whose knowledge, skills and talents are valued by clients and colleagues.
Nomination Guidelines
- Each candidate must be nominated by an individual who is in a position to attest to the nominee’s suitability.
- Eligible candidates for nomination include anyone who is working in the career development/career management field in New Brunswick.
- Eligible candidates for nomination include both members and non-members of NBCDA.
- Nominations may be made by members and non-members of NBCDA.
