Once purchased, webinars cannot be refunded. If your refund request is due to a scheduling conflict, you may contact Alene Holmes, Administrator, at [email protected] for assistance. Once a webinar is underway, you and/or your institution are responsible for the webinar registration fee.
Most technical glitches can be traced to your company’s firewalls, security settings, or other network issues. Please work with WebEx and your I.T. Department to resolve these issues well in advance. Before purchasing a Webinar please visit the WebEx support page at:

Only the purchaser is entitled to complete an evaluation form and claim the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s).
The NBCDA evaluation form must be completed within 15 days following the webinar. CEC hours can be claimed within 30 days of the live webinar date. CEC’s will only be awarded to the paid recipient of the live webinar session.
